Frequently Asked Questions

How can I get a PCOM member ID card?

  • All new PCOM members are issued a membership RFID card upon payment of the membership entrance fee and annual dues. This can be claimed at the secretariat office or during the PCOM conventions.
  • ID card printing is free for the first print every three fiscal years. Additional fee is required for re=printing within that time frame.
  • PCOM follows this fiscal year: April 1 to March 31 of the succeeding year.
  • The mebership RFID card is valid for three (3) fiscal years regardless of the month of payment i.e. wether you pay on April 2018 or on January 2019, the validity will still be up to March 31, 2021.

Why am I not included in the PCOM voters list?

In order to be eligible to vote, a member must be in good standing by complying with the following:

1) has earned 150 PCOM CME units within the immediate past 3 years and

2) has paid all the national and local membership dues (without arrears) before the last working day of December of the same fiscal year as the election period.

If you have complied with both conditions above but were not included in the voters list, kindly approach the PCOM secretariat so we can verify our records.
